VI — Corpus
A global legal corpus, verified by its sources
PRIMUM FACTI structures a living global legal corpus, already made of several million identified elements, continuously expanding.
These elements undergo progressive work of auditing, classification, deduplication and linking to their official sources.
In parallel, an isolated legislative corpus of 413,869 articles and sections, from several major jurisdictions, is being prepared to enrich legal analysis after the factual reconstruction.
Identified global reservoir
Several million identified elements, continuously expanding.
Isolated legislative corpus
413,869 articles and sections, from several major jurisdictions, prepared in separate technical batches.
Controlled / classified perimeter
236,573 controlled elements, of which 216,658 classified.
Quarantine / excluded elements
Doubtful, incomplete or unsecured elements, not properly linked to an official source. Not counted as validated.
Four distinct levels. An identified element is not a validated element: it crosses the levels one by one. Legislation and case law are never conflated, and quarantine is never counted.
The corpus is living, but the engine stays disciplined: facts are reconstructed first, law comes next. No legal corpus is called automatically in Tour 1.
The corpus is strictly separate from the factual engine: the law is called only after the facts have been reconstructed, never during Tour 1. Each element carries:
Extract from the identified global reservoir. Each element stays linked to its original official source; only controlled perimeters are validated.
No element is used unless it is verifiable at its source. Quarantined elements are not counted as validated.
